Local oils are quickly becoming a must have on every visit to the Orange NSW. We also hear they make great gifts and souvenirs. 

Our farm olives are given a special treatment when it comes to making oil. The oil's enhanced flavouring comes from our small batch practices. You can certainly taste the difference!

Further the infusion of lavender or garlic helps offer further flavour experiences.
